What Aito stores
A short, plain-language summary — not a legal document.
You don't need an account
Using Aito by scanning a vehicle or visiting a dealer's page doesn't require signing up. No name, phone number, or email is collected unless you choose to submit one yourself — for example, by asking a dealer to contact you about a vehicle.
What is stored during a visit
While you're using Aito, we keep a record tied to that visit: which dealer and vehicle you're looking at, what you've done in the app (like asking a question or scanning a VIN), and general activity data such as which features get used. This helps dealers understand how the app is being used and helps Aito give better answers during your visit.
How long it's kept
This visit data is kept for 90 days, then automatically deleted. It is not kept indefinitely, and there is no way to look it up after that window closes.
If you submit your contact information
If you choose to share your name and phone number or email — for example, to request a callback or schedule a test drive — that information is sent to the dealer you're working with so they can follow up. This is separate from the 90-day activity data above and follows the dealer's own follow-up process.
